Bootybarre is bio-mechanically safe, making it great for anyone Recovering from Injury or if you are looking for a class thats Low-Impact on the body but still delivers great results. A well structured class which stays close to core dance and fitness principles providing a unique class experience.
Bootybarre Flex & Flow
This class offers the same benefits as a "Bootybarre" class, however we Incorporate Resistance Bands for additional Arm Work, Ab Work & Stability Work. This allows us to explore much more standing Pilates repertoire at the barre whilst still moving to the beat of the music in class.
