A relaxed and friendly Hatha Yoga Inspired class. You'll learn the fundamentals of Yoga, whilst poses will be modified an adjusted to the needs of those in class. A different focus each month will help you to set goals and notice your achievements as you progress through your Yoga journey.

Gentle Vinyasa Yoga & Relaxation
Offering Gentle movement Flowing from one Pose to the next using the Breath. This class is for All Levels and ends with a wonderful Relaxation. Each class will vary in style & tempo each week as we focus on the many benefits Yoga can bring; Mobility, Strength, Dynamic Movement and Flexibility.

Gentle Yoga Flow
Combining Standing, Seated and Lying postures with Gentle Movement in order to Stretch & Lengthen the body. Using a Flow to link one movement to the next & holding postures when needed to deepen your practice. A class Suitable for All Abilities which ends with a Relaxation to Quieten the Mind and show Kindness to the Body!
