Photographs and Videos for advertising
From time to time, we may take photographs and videos of classes in the studio for marketing purposes on (including but not limited to) leaflets, the website, newsletters and on social media platforms. Consent is gained when you book and attend classes at Bodywerx Studios.

What do we do with personal information collected from you?

We may also use your details to send you newsletters and promotions, and to conduct online surveys. If you apply for employment at Bodywerx Studios, we use the personal information you supply to process your job application.

Does Bodywerx Studios share the information it receives?

You may opt out from the collection of navigation information about your visit to the Site by Google Analytics by using the Google Analytics Opt-out feature.

Opting out from Commercial Communications

If you receive commercial emails from us, you may unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions contained within the email or by sending an email to the address provided in the ''Contact Us'' section.

We reserve the right to retain a copy of such data for archiving purposes, accounting and tax purposes, or to defend our rights in litigation. Any such request regarding Client Data should be addressed as indicated in the “Contact Us” section, and include sufficient information for us to identify the Client and the information to delete or amend.

We cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or store on the Service, and you do so at your own risk.
